Creating a Rose Garden at villaoliveyou

The Art of Choosing Roses

At villaoliveyou, the aesthetics of our garden are carefully considered. Choosing the right rose varieties can transform our facades and terraces into a true living painting. For a garden that breathes serenity, it is essential to select species that suit your space. Landscape designers recommend prioritizing varieties with generous blooms, such as the 'David Austin' rose, which combines beauty and enchanting fragrance.

A Delicate Scent for Every Moment

Imagine yourself on the terrace of villaoliveyou, a glass of rosé in hand, surrounded by roses in vibrant colors. Varieties like the 'Pierre de Ronsard' rose, with its large cup-shaped flowers and delicate fragrance, create a romantic atmosphere. These climbing roses can adorn our pergolas, providing fragrant shade for sunny afternoons. Each breath of air transports you to a realm of softness.

Care and Blooming

For your roses to thrive fully, regular maintenance is necessary. At villaoliveyou, we prioritize environmentally friendly practices. Water your roses deeply, ensuring to do so in the morning to avoid evaporation. Mulching around the roots also helps maintain soil moisture, promoting abundant blooming. Adding organic compost enriches the soil, allowing the roses to give their best while preserving local biodiversity.

Inspiration for Landscaping

The garden of villaoliveyou is designed as a space for well-being. Create rose pathways leading to meditation corners, where the song of birds and the scent of flowers soothe you. Consider pairing roses with companion plants like lavender or rosemary, which attract pollinators while offering a harmonious color palette. The combination of different heights and textures invites exploration and contemplation.

A Place of Serenity

At villaoliveyou, each rose tells a story. The blooming of the roses, with its varied hues, adds a touch of grace and tranquility to our environment. Enjoy this floral spectacle from your windows, or let yourself be enveloped by their fragrance as you stroll through the garden. The beauty of the roses in full bloom is a gift from nature that enriches your stay in Provence.
